Nerve pain in upper arm after lifting
I helped a buddy move last weekend, but after trying to lift a piano, I see me to have pulled a muscle or nerve. Since then, my left bicep area has been struggling to lift light objects and seems to tense up or cramp from the inside. It feels more like a nerve issue more than it does a muscle problem.
