Nerve catch
Hi I have delivered a baby two months back.Off late I am having nerve catch in my legs which is very painful.i cannot move my leg an inch also.this used to happen before my pregnancy too. What can I do now because I am feeding baby pls suggest.

Rest must. Avoid standing. Immediately start physiotherapy treatment

I think this nerve catch is at the calf muscle...this will be cured by cold fermentation...and ultasound therapy...followed by calf stretching... if it does not improve u can use a technique known as dry needling.. that will be done intramuscularly and have instant results...get well soon ...take care

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello there...... If you have leg pain from cramps or overuse, take these steps first: Rest as much as possible.Elevate your leg....Apply ice for up to 15 minutes. Do this 4 times per day, more often for the first few days....Gently stretch and massage cramping muscles....Take over-the-counter pain medicines.... Other treatment options will depend on the cause of your leg pain..... Consult Orthopedician.....
