Neovagainal fistula
Sir I had my sex reassignment surgery operation on 1/8/17 after days 15 days I was passing the flatus from my vagina and I examined by my surgeons and they said there is a 2mm fistula by connect with your rectum and I don't no what to do plz help me

Very unlikely for the fistula to close on itself. You might require a reoperation after some days of stabilization of the tract.
