Neonantal outcome iugr
I am29 weeks pregnant with IUGR, umbilical artery shows absent / reverse diastolic flow and ductus venosus s/d ratio of 5.37. My gynar recommends immediate delivery else fetus would die inside womb. But my concern is neonatal outcome (both short term n long term). Pls suggest fetus life outcome. My reports attached.

If you need a second opinion, take it from a Gynecologist. As a Pediatrician, I can only say that the survival of children of 29 week is much better than earlier, in good Nicu setting.
