Negative but index value is 0.306

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi Doctors Just wanted to check to answer my thoughts, I recently got test full body check ups including hiv 1&2 antibodies screening scrum test Results is negative but index value shows 0.306 Can anyone explain is what is that value and why its showing as 0.3 why not as 0. I got done all my tests in Dr. Lalpathlabs For reference attached the pic of it. Your inputs really helps Thanks
