Neg test after withdrawal bleeding,preg?

Non penetrative penis rubbing on vagina, didn't ejaculate. Lasted for hardly 10 seconds. I took a postpone 72 within 48 hours because I was anxious about cum. I took it on 31st March. My due periods were on 8th April. On 7th, I started bleeding lightly which continued till 11th April. I took a pregnancy test today, on 12th, which was negative. Any chances of pregnancy now?
