I got a test done from Apollo labs 3 months back . The phlebo brought a box with him and a needle that didn't have any packaging but it was inside the box with a cap . I didn't ask him if it was new ? Can I be sure it was a new needle? They used vacutainer method to draw my blood. I'm scared now.

Not necessary that needles come in package, they are available with sealed caps also . All labs now use new needles for blood collection so no need to worry.
