Asked for Female, 50 Years

My mom is suffering from need pricking sensation in hands. Her hemoglobin is very less it's just 7% , she has taken some medicine for few days it was fine and all of sudden started again Suggest me some best doc to visit in Bangalore Is allopathy or homeopathy is good ?
