Needing immediate hot flash relief
I've been experiencing hot flashes during the day and night where I can't get a solid eight hours sleep. I take Levothyroxine and can't see a doctor until October where I have an appointment set up, which means I can't get a prescription for HRT until then. Is it safe to take Black Cohosh with Levothyroxine in the meantime?

You will require a prescription medication to control the hot flashes. I would advise you to visit the nearest ER and get the prescription for the medication. As long as you don't have any other medications apart from levothyroxine and have no liver disease or other comorbidities it is okay to take the medicine but only for a month.
