Asked for Female, 26 Years

I took ipill last month on 5th of Aug , my usual menstruation cycle starts on 26-27 th of month but got periods on 13th of Aug bcz of ipill intake .It lasted upto 10days(ended on 23rd of Aug). Issue is like Somehow I had unprotected sex again once 2nd September . Will it be safe to take ipill again?what are the side effects associated and the probability of getting pregnant if ipill is not taken? Please respond as soon as possible because I still have 24+hrs to take ipill and what are the risks associated with cyst problem. should I take a chance as mine usual menstruation would be start on 20th around of this month so I think I can still avoid taking ipill as I have still 15+ days to overian period
