Need to put on weight.
Tried all the possible ways like dieting and gym workouts.. even tried beer but no effect  on body.. so plz suggest me an idea

Hi protein rich food like soya , cereals , pulses , egg , meat would build up muscle mass . and regular exercise would keep you fit .
