Though I have lost inches but my weight is still the same, but need to get more slimmer, I am doing workouts but need a proper diet chart to lose more inches, as am an actor its necessary , now my weight is 63kgs.. my height is 5'3 .. I need lose inches more.. please help

Choose the kind of foods that you eat. Know how many calories you are taking daily. Do not exceed the recommended calories. Try to stick to your natural diet itself but reduce the quantity of food you take. Count everything that you eat. Do not eat in between meals. Make sure you don't skip meals as you will tend to eat more in the next meal. Focus your exercises more on cardio. Do some weight training as well as muscles help you burn fat faster. Make sure you get atleast one hour of physical activity daily (yoga, gym, aerobics, zoomba, dance classes or anything that you like). I tell all my young patients that a small walk is not sufficient. You need to walk atleast 5 to 6 km a day in an hour per day atleast 5 days a week if you cannot do any other exercise. Remember that diet is the most important. Don't starve yourself. Eat only at meal time. Don't take even a cup of tea or coffee or juice in between meals. Do not eat any outside food. The best way to diet is to only eat what you have cooked yourself and have only water when you go out to a cafe or restaurant. Save those ice creams and chocolates for another day. Aim at losing 1 to 2 kgs a month not more than that. For medical therapy for weight loss you could fix an appointment with an endocrinologist so that they can evaluate any hormonal imbalance (hypothyroidism and PCOD).
