Ma'am for fever in medical terminology it's more than 100.4° F ,so ma'am kindly check morning and evening temperature ,if you have febrile illness,difference between the two will be more than 1 degree .that way you can tell

don't panic ,if feeling like fever and having doubts in mind , better get it tested
