We r planning to conceive after 3 months. M getting regular periods every month. Married since 1yr 9 mnths. I just want u to suggest me if I need to make any changes in my diet or I need to start taking any supplements from now to conceive easily with healthy child. I Am veg dnt take coffee. Consume very less fries,fast food, sweets or drinks. Please advise me how I start taking care of myself. And what changes I need to make to my lifestyle. And also tell me the brand also if u suggest me any supplement.
My husband is also veg and dnt drink.
