Need help to cure fissure

Hi, My name is Chaitanya and I'm suffering from fissure, external skin tags and dry fistula (no puss is coming and it is completely dry from long time) can you please help with the necessary precautions that I have to take, my doctor says that he would open that dry fistula which is on the outer side only, fisurre occurs when motion doesn't come out smoothly, externally I have 4 skin tags and 1 was removed in December, I still have 3 more to be removed. Please guide me with necessary precautions or where can I visit as I'm in Hyderabad. Ty, Chaitanya

Hello.. Well first thing is you need to bring about dietary modifications like eating more of green leafy vegetables,fibre like oats...you need to drink lot of water....avoid spicy food and oily food...do not strain while passing stools...try to drink warm glass if water empty stomach in the morning...you can also do sitz bath...that is out some warn me water in a tub and you sit on that... conuslt a surgeon...thank you
