Too much eye dust after sleep Sore and dry throat & mouth

Pale tongue with teeth impression on one side

Occasional giddiness I had already got tested for Urinary tract infection (positive), ultrasound abdomen (small cysts in kidneys) from various doctors and their medication.
Right now I am not that financially sound and what's to know that the actual issue with me
