My daughter was taken for vaccination. There, after checkup, doctor advised to give formula milk "Dexolac" as my baby weighs at 7.7kg and is 1yr3month old.
He suggested that it will help increase baby's weight. However, as this product is for infants who are born underweight. I doubt if I shall give it to my baby or not?

Giving Dexolac to your baby is no harm.
But try to give home made food what you cook at home. Egg and fish also good, if you're vegetarian. Try to give all the tastes like spicy, sour etc.
I f you are not dewormed your baby, do that first, and do regularly once in 3 months.. at least till5 years.
Check haemoglobin of the baby, if it is lower than normal treat it.
Continue breastfeeding....till 2 years.
