Need clarification
Hello I already have Osteoarthritis in both knees since last 9 months. Since last 1 week, my fingers (3 middle fingers) on each hand have been paining and feel stiff throughout the day and night. My doc recommended blood work. Results of esr, crp, ra factor, anti ccp, and anti ds DNA are within the normal range. However in cbc, my hemoglobin is 11.7. Vitamin d is 27. Ana test came out to be weak positive 1:100. Pattern is speckled and cyctoplasmic speckled. Should I be checking with rheumatologist? My doc prescribed zyramod for 10 days morning and night. Should I be worried ?

It is not worrisome but it is better to take a rheumatologist opinion physically. As you have stiffness in joints they will examine you to see if it is inflammatory.  As your ANA is positive but at low titers - we need to check for few more symptoms - like any dryness of mouth, any other issues. If needed we advise ANA profile.
Next Steps
Better to meet a rheumatologist for physical assesment of joints
