My first symptoms start as a dry cough on 12 may and tested positive on19 may. During this time I have lost test and smell. But now I can smell little not completely. When my test and smell came back?

It's difficult to predict but nothing to worry it will come on its own. There is no specific medication. Take steam inhalation three times daily and Gurgling with saline water thrice daily.
