Need advice on TB treatment
I am on tuberculosis lymphnode treatment from April 2018. After 2 month chest CT scan in June 2018 shown some growth in lymphnode. Also growth in cervical lymphnode. Then my doc put me on streptomycin and ethiomide moxif with RCIN combutol both 1st and 2nd line from last 3 months. On September 14 I completed 90 injections of streptomycin but my doctor told me to continue the injections and all drugs . Also in drug susceptibility test it showing I am sensitive to all drugs. 1st line and 2nd line. Also after my 2 months of injections the cervical lymphnode got reduced after getting reddish and yellow. It broke. I am in dilemma to continue this painful treatment or seek different doctor. The doctor I am consulting is MD in medicine and physician. Any suggestion is most welcome. I am on .75 mg streptomycin shots daily once from last 90 days. Please advise. Even my 2nd opinion suggested not to go for streptomycin.

If lymph nodes decreased in size and there is no fresh complaints then stop streptomycin. Continue oral ATT .
