Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Polymorphs are high and so is the ESR.
There are plenty of causes which can lead to a high ESR.
If I had known a few more details I would have been able to tell you what it could be in your case.
Anyways,
Infections, certain immune disorders, hormonal disturbances can lead to increased ESR.
