My father is having problem of hard and swellon testicles I got his checkup done and he is diagnosed with hydrocele. he has been recommended operation for the same.I just want to have a 2nd opinion on the necessity and urgency of operation. He is currently undergoing IV antibiotic, ultracet and urimax d.

It's better to get it surgically corrected and follow up to be done to rule out malignancy at this age..
