Necrotizing pancreatisis
My father has acute necrotizing pancretisis we have gone to wockhardt hospital where we were treated for acute pancreatisis then after 1 week necrosis developed then as my father was not feeling much pain we took discharge as my father didnt like the environment at the hospital and because of financial problem its been 2 days after the discharge now what should we do according to you

If he is symptomatic..he requires laparoscopic pancreatic necrosectomy to get rid of the infection and get back to normal eating and good health..otherwise infection can spread..staying at home cannot be a solution..he can deteriorate..
