My mother has a severe neck & shoulder pain and is unable to move her head. Can you suggest any medicine ?

I am sorry,as a physiotherapist we don't prescribe any medicine ,she can start with hot water fermentation n try to take her to a physiotherapist ,as this is completely curable.if in mumbai can call us .
