  4. Neck pain since 3 days. Please suggest.

Not able to turn my neck since 3 days...tried pain killer sprays but of no use... Please suggest....

Hello, Is it due to abnormal posture?? You can tke tb myospas-D twice a day.. If not releived,then neck x-ray and orthopedic consultation is needed
