Hello, Every pain killer is have an ill effect On kidney so local application is best but pain is so difficult  pepopl has to take. If half tab work try to reduced to half me to have to take  as lot of injury on bone vertebra. Give him lot of liquids so in urine most of the remnants of medicin are excreted. Ok.
