Due to continued hours of study.. I've developed a hump of fatty tissue in my neck region.. there's no problem in bones of the spine as seen in a an x-ray..it may be a dowagers hump

Without examining and running some tests I wouldn't suggest anything in your case.
The best thing you could do is get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
