Hi Mỹ daughter is 2 months old. She was born at 34 weeks so corrected age is 20 days. she is not able to control her head and neck fully and she doesn't make eye contact with me neither smiles at me..Is there any development delay? Is this a cause of concern?

Can't say at this stage as developmentally she is just 20 days old . But in general if there is only prematurity at 34 weeks with no other risk factors at birth  like delayed cry  , hypoglycemia , oxygen requirements , seizures , severe jaundice etc there should be no reason why the baby should have developmental delay . So let's wait and watch . But it would be a good idea to talk and sing to your baby , have a colorful environment around her , gently massage her for skin stimulation . Basically stimulate all her five senses
