Neck and Back Pain
I have neck and shoulder pain and it happens when I sit in office and work for long hours or when I strain a lot. I had disc prolapse L4 and L5, I had taken physio that time and was advised to do exercises, it has been better since then and occasionally I still do get mid back, low back and shoulders. Please advise a permanent cure for this.

You already knows about your problem and treatment. So try to do exercises regularly morning and office time too. Avoid long sitting while working in office do some changes in office table and chair. Keep your laptop in eye level. Neck bending cause overstrain so always keep in straight posture.
