Neck and back pain and recurring acidity
I have a neck and lower back pain for the last couple of yrs i am 20 yrs old now and also experience acidity quite a lot, especially after showering (not ingesting the shower water). I drink a lot of water but still it doesn't help. I used to do a lot of physical activities but have stopped doing them since last yr. Are these two problems connected? What can i do?

HELLO, NO ANY RELATIONSHIP OF ACTIVITY N ACIDITY. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR DIET. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. NO GREASY FOOD. NO PICKLES, PAPAD NAMKEENS. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. CAPSULE OCID-D BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS. REGALAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY SLOWLY. O.K BYE.
