Neck Ache Since last week
I am experiencing neck ache since last Friday. It hasn't stopped yet. My doctor gave me medicine for 3 days but still no full stop to ache. What shall I do now??

Plz tell us about ur occupation, Take proper rest & sleep.. Don't use a bulky pillow.. Try to maintain ur posture while working or sitting, don't bend ur neck & back too much.. Meanwhile u can apply pain relieving balms & take analgesics such as ibugesic plus..
