Nearing Period, Ant-Bitting Symptoms

Newly married and we are trying for baby. Its been 25 days now. I have all the symptoms of early pregnancy but I feel like ant-bitting/itching inside or lower abdomen. Do I need to consult any doctor or it's a sign? Can I Expect Baby?
