Madam, i am a navel fetish.whenever i am tensed i start torturing my navel hole with any thing (lIke syringe,needle,etc) and i torture uptill blood comes out of it.also i dont feel any kind of pain doing this instead i feel sexual pleasure .then i used to get relaxed.also now after sometimes whenever i see nabhi hole i just cant resist myself from erection..just help me out of this...

This is a behavioural disorder.
And for this you need to consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
You can either consult a psychiatrist at a good hospital near you or search for a psychiatrist near you and book an appointment using practo.
