Nausea Vomiting weakness head spinning

Asked for Female, 19 Years

On Thursday I felt really sick, passed out checked over by my work medics my blood pressure was 96/51 with really fast heart rate. It eventually came back up after an hour or so. I threw up all that night. Cant drink or eat anything as it just comes back up when I walk around my head feels pressured nausea and vomiting and dizziness/weakness with blurred vision. Any advice please
