Nasalseptum towards right
Sir, Ct scan report is Gross deviation of nasal septum towards right side. mild mucosal thickening in both ethmoid sinuses and left maxillary sinus. Right maxillary, both fruntal and sphenoid sinuses are unmarkable. Bilateral infundibulum and semilunaries is unremarkable.

If I were your ENT Surgeon, I would do an Endoscopic Septoturbinoplasty on you. It is a short stay surgery at my hospital. Subsequently, you will need  about 1 year of intranassl corticosteroid sprays along eith other support medication to cure the sinus inflammation.
