My wife is suffering from cold and she's pregnant for 17 weeks. Can she use a nasal spray for nose blocks ??

At 17 weeks of pregnancy sprays are generally not considered safe and there is no proof for their safety. There are only few anti cold medicines which are considered safe. You need to consult your obstetrician or ENT specialist for further information about safety of anti cold medicines during pregnancy
