Nasal Blockage

I am facing nasal blockage problem since 2009, sometime complete nasal blockage and i am using otrivin nasal spray from starting not just that sneezing nearly goes 200+ everytime. and on daily basis one nose remains block. plz help me. i already tried so many hospitals like max, kailash, Bharadwaj, etc. everytime doctor give medicine but i don't want to take medicine for my whole life.
my immuno system getting weaker i am facing cold and sneezing situation more than 2 times a month.

Best treatment would be Avoiding common irritants such as cigarette smoke and sudden temperature changes....you can consult nearest allergy clinic for skin prick test...immunotherapy might be helpful to you.
Drink plenty of water.
Use a humidifier.
Try nasal saline sprays or rinses.
If the runny nose is a persistent, watery discharge, particularly if accompanied by sneezing and itchy or watery eyes, your symptoms may be allergy-related and an over-the-counter antihistamine may help...try nearest allergy clinic for further help.
