The treatment of the cut on the toes depends on how deep the cut is, also whether the tendons are affected or not.

if u r able to move ur toes then there is no cut over ur tendons.
consult a emergency physician or orthopedician.
if there's tendon cut, then consult a plastic surgeon or an experience orthopedician can do the temdon repair.
