Nail biting
I was into nail biting from last 6 years but now from past 3-4 weeks I have stopped biting nails and they r growing but in 4 fingers the nail are not growing that much near the cuticles. Why like that ? And what should I do to grow them ?

Hello dear, If you have a chronic habit of biting your nails, the growth is bound to get affected. You can just wait and let them grow back. Besides that if you feel the growth is very retarded you can try taking Calcium supplements.
