Myth regarding diet.
There is a huge debate is going on in social medias. Regarding the difference between organic eggs or non-organic eggs. Which literally means Brown eggs vs White eggs. Is there any difference regarding their nutritional value if so please specify, because the price range is totally different in the market. Six white egg cost up to Rs 30 whereas brown eggs cost upto Rs 100 for the same 6 pieces.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Let me tell you what i know about this.  The color of the shell depends on the type of chicken which lays it. White feathered hens lay white eggs  and brown feathered chickens lay brown ones. Whatever the color of the chicken, the nutritional value of the egg depends on how the chicken is fed. Thats it. White is as good as brown thats it. People just find brown more aesthetically pleasing. Thats it. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
