It's known that when molars sprout out of gums, it is accompanied by fever and sickness along with inflamation on gums. Is this a myth or reality?

Swelling and fever certainly not for a adult. It does however happen for wisdom tooth eruption because of the location and hygiene factors. If it does you could have underlying or adjacent problems. For professional guidance take time to meet with a dentist biannually

yes this is true.. in kids these kind of signs and symptoms happens while eruption of teeth...in adults it happens at the time of third molar eruption...

it usually happens in kids. when a tooth is erupting they would have severe irritation. that is wen they tend to keep their finger r any other object in mouth which contain lot f bacteria which in turn lead to infection. biting on hard food like carrots would give some relief
