Myospaz forte tablet

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My mom is 72 years old (bp and sugar patient)she is having stiffness in the back for last 2 days. She is in remote area where no vlinics available without transportation. She has myospaz forte tablet at home and is it safe to have it twice daily by considering her age along with ecosprin and janumet tablets? Please advise doctors. Thank you
