Myopia increasing
Last December I checked my eye power.On the right eye the power had increased from -3.5 to -4.5. but on the left eye it was constant -3.5 no change there.for last 2 months I am using new eyeglasses.But now I can feel tht eye power on my right has increased again.Is it normal to increase this frequently.But my lefteye power is still same .only right eye I am facing tthis problem.It also feel ache on my right eye(thoda jalta hai). Btw I am an software engineer so I work on laptop or phone most of time . What to do? Thank you

Since you are a regular computer user hence it is dryness due to computer vision syndrome. Please put lubricants eye drops and rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids. And blink frequently. Wash your eyes with fresh water frequently.

Hi.. Mostly , the number becomes stable by 21 or so, but there are exceptions. And minor variations are possible. Make sure ..you check it at the same place, that also makes a difference. Try to reduce screen time, as much as possible  ...use lubricating drops like genteal/ optive 3/ 4 times .
