Myofascial Pain Syndrome
Sir/Ma'am, I am an engineering student and since the last two years I have been suffering from severe tightening and pain in different parts of my body especially in muscles that are attached to nerves or bones. I went for a diagnosis and after that the doctor told it was myofascial pain syndrome and a tablet was given neugaba ER-75 and physiotherapy should also be done. But even now, even if I have got a small mental strain or have done a small work that strains the muscles, the muscles get tightens and severe pain occurs in various trigger points all over the body and it's very painful that I can't bear it. So, I would like to Know the details of this disease and the recommended solutions for this problem.
