Myofascial pain
Is dry needling effective for myofascial pain.I had pain only in the right trapezius for 6 months,but it has now spread to left as well.I did almost 5 sessions of dry needling seperately for both left and right upper back.I didnt experience any twitch during dry needling.

cupping also can be helpful in addition to acupressure , acupuncture
