  4. Myasthenia gravis. With these tablets?

Hello, can I take pyridostigmine 60mg tablet and prednisolone tablet with triphala powder? Is pyridostigmine and prednisolone are immuno suppressent drugs? Last year I have undergone thymectomy. But no changes after that surgery. My question is can I take triphala powder along with these tablets? Please answer my question..

Triphala is ayurvedic medicine and others two are allopathic.It is not recommend to combine two different medicine of different science.
