You shouldn't keep baby with her until she gets fully recovered (Even after her recovery keep her in isolation for 10 more days) Take suggestions from best paediatrician in your area for baby boy.

What's her age?? Any co morbid conditions?? What all her symptoms?? Need detailed evaluation for further management. Continue breast feeding of the child with all covid precautions.

Take all the medicine which ever prescribed by the doctor , she can feed the baby by putting the mask on and before holding the baby she has to sanitized her hand
