Dear Dr. I need the consultation for my 21 months old daughter. She is a active girl, achieved all her milestones on time. But from few days I am noticing that her left foot is slightly tilted inwards and outer edges of the feet does not touch the ground completely. Right feet is completely ok. She fells quite often. I searched her symptoms on internet and found that this problem is called over pronation. Please dr. kindly suggest me the what is the reasons for such condition and what are the corrective measures for it.

You first consult a orthopaedic surgeon. He will examine her and then tell you whether she is having any problem or she need any correction by shoes or operation . Let him decide.
