My Test Result Came Negative But... - Last Intercourse I Had Was

My test result came negative but...

Last Intercourse I had was on 1st of August. (This is the first few times I've had sex so this is all very new to me) 1. We used condoms and he did not ejaculate inside 2. My periods got late by ten days. Last periods was on 29th August. Flow was very lighter than usual. Filled up 3 pads in 3 days (I usually have periods for 3 days only but more pads get filled up in that period). 3. So i was not sure if its implantation bleeding so after the advice of doctors in practo, I got a home pregnancy kit and it showed negative 4. But today my breasts are feeling tender and I'm having veryyyy mild cramps and general tiredness. Shall I get another test again?
