My son is walking from toe from last 6 months on wards. He is 2 years 8 month old. some time he will walk properly

He might be a habitual toe walker (happens to some kids) or can actually have tightness on his Achilles Tendon. Also factors like developmental milestone achievement, premature birth etc plays a role on a child who's toe walking. He needs a detailed assessment. Please take him to a pediatric orthopedic surgeon or to a pediatric physiotherapist.
